What information do we collect?
The information we collect from you will depend upon your interactions with Leadcast and the Website.
- If you choose to contact us by S. mail, telephone, or via email, we will collect your first and last name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address (collectively, “Contact Information”), and any other relevant information that is related to your request or comment.
- If you call to enter into a Sweepstakes, we will collect your first and last name, phone number, and any additional information that is required for that particular Sweepstakes as detailed in the applicable Sweepstakes rules (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entry Information”).
- When you participate in a Sweepstakes and win, we will provide you with an affidavit to complete and sign. We will collect your name, social security number, residential address, and telephone number from the affidavit (collectively, “Sweepstakes Award Information”).
How do we use the information we collect?
We use the information that we collect from you when you when you communicate with us as follows:
- When you contact us by mail, over the telephone or via email, we use the Contact Information that we collect to respond to your request or comment. This Contact Information is also stored in our customer relationship management system.
- If you choose to participate in a Sweepstakes, we will use your Sweepstakes Entry Information to enter you into the Sweepstakes. Unless you choose to opt-out of the sale of your personal information or the applicable Sweepstakes rules indicate otherwise, we will also sell your information to third parties as detailed in this Policy.
- In the event that you win a Sweepstakes and the prize exceeds $600, we will use your Sweepstakes Award Information for purposes of issuing you an Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) 1099-MISC form, which is a federal tax requirement in the United States. We also reserve the right to use your first name, last initial, city and state on television in connection with promoting a particular Sweepstakes on television.

Third Party Service Providers

Sale of Your Sweepstakes Entry Information
Except as otherwise provided in any applicable Sweepstakes rules and unless you choose to opt-out of the sale of your personal information, we reserve the right to sell your Sweepstakes Entry Information to third parties.
How does the Website handle “Do Not Track” or DNT requests?
Our Website does not respond to or otherwise acknowledge Do Not Track requests or signals from Internet web browsers.
COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
We do not knowingly solicit information from or otherwise market to children under the age of 13. Visitors to our Website and participants in our Sweepstakes must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age or otherwise classified as a minor under applicable law, you should not provide any information to us. If someone under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, the child’s parent or guardian should contact us using the information provided below to have us delete such information from our records.

Categories of Personal Information Disclosed for a Business Purpose
During the preceding 12-month period, we have disclosed identifiers, such as first and last name for a business purpose in reporting to our customers has won a particular Sweepstakes. We have also disclosed personal information, including identifiers and categories of personal information as described in Cal. Civil Code § 1798.80(e) for a business purpose, including our third party service providers for purposes of those third parties rendering their services to us as detailed in this Policy.
Categories of Personal Information Sold for a Commercial Purpose
As of the Last Modified Date of this Policy, we plan to begin selling personal information of those who register to participate in Sweepstakes, including name, email address, and telephone number to third parties, such as marketing companies.
We have no knowledge of having any personal information of consumers that are under age 18 and have no intention to sell such information if we had it. It is an express requirement that visitors to our Website and participants in our Sweepstakes be at least 18 years of age.
