- In the event that you win a Sweepstakes and the prize exceeds $600, we will use your Sweepstakes Award Information for purposes of issuing you an Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) 1099-MISC form, which is a federal tax requirement in the United States. We also reserve the right to use your first name, last initial, city and state on television in connection with promoting a particular Sweepstakes on television.

During the preceding 12-month period, we have disclosed identifiers, such as first and last name for a business purpose in reporting to our customers has won a particular Sweepstakes.
